At IKYA Jewels, we only accept returns for this reasons:
- If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, we will be happy to assist you with the correct item.
- If your product is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately with an unboxing video and photos, and we will change the product with a new one. (Unboxing video without pausing is mandatory for claiming a new product against damaged item.)
- If your product falls under the categories of incorrect product or damage in transit, please follow these steps:
- Email us at connectikya@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
- For damaged items, kindly include unboxing video without pausing the video and clear photos of the product and packaging to help us understand the issue better.
- Once we receive your request, our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.
- If your return or request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be returned to us and will either issue a refund (depending on the situation).
- The return shipping cost will be covered by IKYA if the return or is due to our error (incorrect or damaged product).
- We mostly try to the damaged product with a new one.If not, we then process for a refund. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.
