How The Exchange Works
If you'd like to exchange your piece:

Once approved:
• We schedule a pickup
• The piece goes through our quality check
• After it passes QC, we ship your new selection

The ₹130 Exchange Fee — Here’s the Breakdown
We charge a flat ₹130 for every approved exchange.
• ₹65 – Reverse pickup from your address
• ₹65 – Shipping the exchanged product back to you
This also covers careful inspection, restocking, repacking, and the handling process that ensures your replacement piece reaches you perfectly.
Exchange Window
You have 5 days from delivery to raise an exchange request.
To qualify:
• Item must be unused & unworn
• Tags must be attached
• Original packaging & invoice must be included
• Product must pass our quality inspection
We’re particular about quality — because you deserve the best.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
We’ll absolutely take care of it — but please note:
A clear, uncut unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory for any damaged or incorrect product claim.
No edits. No pauses. No cuts.
This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly.
Without this video, we won’t be able to process the request.
Not Eligible for Exchange If:
• Product shows signs of use
• Tags are removed
• Packaging or invoice is missing
• Request is raised after 5 days
• Item fails quality check
• No uncut unboxing video (for damage claims)
Choosing Your New Piece
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• You can select the same product or any other item
• If the new product is higher in value, the price difference must be paid
If your selected item is unavailable, the exchange request cannot be processed.
🚫 Order Cancellation
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Exchange Delivery Timeline
After the returned product clears quality inspection, your new piece will be delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
